Shapes
- Designed with extended play time at home in mind, our mix of large and small, special and basic shapes helps children spend more time creatively building more complex, detailed structures.
- Everwood Friends blocks come in dozens of versatile shapes and sizes like cubes, blocks, pillars, flats, arches, ramps, triangles, and more. You will not find many of these shapes in other building block sets!
- Every shape and edge is based on a precise 1-3/8" unit, the same as standard kindergarten blocks you remember. This means every block, in every orientation, will simply line up with all the other blocks no matter how tall or wide a structure is.
- Our building platforms add a whole new level of fun and creativity to our sets. Builders can use the platforms to build on thick carpet, move their structures, or to add floors and roofs to their structures.
A Learning Experience
- Large wooden blocks are excellent for teaching hand-eye coordination, balance, spatial reasoning, and fine motor skills.

Solid hard maple
To make the world's finest wooden building blocks, we start with some of the world's finest wood: North American solid hard maple!
Hard maple is the perfect wood for toys given its exceptional density, hardness, and tight grain that reduces splinters.
You will love the weight of our blocks, and kids love how sturdy they build!
Precision-cut unit blocks
Each block is carefully cut to a precise 1-3/8" standard unit, the same thickness as the kindergarten blocks you remember. This means every block will simply line up with all the other blocks no matter how tall or wide a structure is.
Plus, as your building block collection expands, unit blocks combine seamlessly with all other unit blocks from Everwood Friends and any other true unit blocks you may have from past generations.
Sanded buttery smooth
All surfaces of each block are rounded for safety and lovingly sanded for a beautifully smooth feel. Customers around the world rave about the smoothness of our blocks!
Each of our block shapes is carefully tested by a third-party lab and certified CPSC compliant. Our blocks are guaranteed free from sharp points, edges, and splinters.

Our blocks are not painted, coated, or stained for an all- natural beauty, safety, and durability.
We carefully hand-inspect each block and remove any knots, chips, rough spots, or significant mineral deposits. Each block is treated like a little work of art.
