Simple Hand Tools

The only tools required to build this kit are a pair of scissors and a razor saw.

A good quality wood glue and a small bottle of super glue are all you need to assemble the horse kit

One or two sheets of 220 grit sand paper are more than enough to complete the kit.

We are fiercely proud that our kits are designed, prototyped, and manufactured at our own factory outside Toronto, Canada using locally sourced wood products. This model kit for adults is made from a North American manufactured sustainable wood product (Fibrex). Model kits using this material accept glue, paint and sanding easily for first time clock builders.

Nearly all baltic birch plywood used in wooden laser cut kits regardless of where they are produced is sourced from Russia. In view of recent world events, we will not purchase materials we cannot verify the origin of.

How did we get our start?

We made a set of trebuchet kits on a whim as an activity for our child's birthday party. When the parents began asking where they could buy one, we made a dozen more, than another dozen, then a hundred, then a thousand. Fifteen years later, make over thirty different wooden model kits in our factory.

We are family owned and operated. Every product starts with our own desire to learn, and comes to market after countless test builds, revisions, and many, many, many hours of writing and re-writing instructions.
