How many cats is it for?

The structure is built for 3-4 large adult cats. With 8 levels, 2 condos, 2 platforms a hammock and a hanging basket, every cat can claim its own spot instead of competing for one perch.
Can an adult cat actually fit inside the condos?

Yes. Each condo is 19.7" x 11.8" x 11.8", sized for adult cats rather than the kitten-sized openings found on many tall trees.
How long does assembly take, and do I need my own tools?

No extra tools needed - the hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box, every part is numbered, and an illustrated manual plus an assembly video are provided. Most customers finish in about an hour; a step ladder helps with the top levels.
Are the covers machine washable?

The two top platform covers are removable and machine washable, so trapped hair and dander come out without scrubbing. The plush wipes clean with a lint roller or a vacuum.
Do I have to attach it to the wall?

An anti-tip kit is included and takes about five minutes - we recommend anchoring it to the wall on day one, because at 83.5 inches that is the safest setup with a 20 lbs cat launching off the top level.
