Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What size trash bags should I use for this 24 Gallon model? Do I need special bags? A: No costly custom bags needed! This extra-large 91-liter bin perfectly fits any standard 24 to 30-gallon capacity trash bags from the store. Our high-tension retainer ring locks the bag firmly to prevent heavy loads from collapsing inside, while cleanly hiding ugly bag edges out of sight.

Q: What are the power options? Does it come with an AC adapter? A: You have dual power versatility. Use 4 D batteries (not included) for up to 2 years of cordless placement anywhere. For high-traffic areas, you can plug in the official iTouchless AC Power Adapter (sold separately on Amazon) to completely eliminate ongoing battery costs.

Q: Does this extra-large can actually control odors? A:Yes, completely. The automated lid seals tightly to trap smells, while the built-in AbsorbX filter uses porous activated carbon to trap and neutralize tough food, waste, and pet odors instead of just masking them with artificial perfumes.

Q: Is the stainless steel finish difficult to keep clean? A: No. The commercial-grade stainless steel features a specialized fingerprint-proof barrier. It actively repels cooking grease, water spots, and smudges from heavy daily use, requiring only a quick wipe with a damp cloth to maintain its sleek, spotless look.

Q: Is the opening wide enough for large items like pizza boxes? A: Yes. The elongated oval lip creates an extra-wide, unobstructed opening designed for large-capacity waste. You can scrape oversized dinner plates or drop bulky milk jugs and pizza boxes straight down without crushing them, preventing messy edge spills.
