My bamboo product has a slight smell out of the bag, what should I do?

Some units may carry a faint scent from packaging during transit, this isn't a sign of a quality issue. It typically fades on its own within a few hours of unboxing. If you'd like it gone faster, air it out for 24 hrs or tumble dry on cold for 1 hr.
Do OLIVE + CRATE Comforters fit inside your duvet covers?

Absolutely. Our comforters are designed to fit all standard duvet covers and tailored to work perfectly with ours. Our comforter has integrated corner ties to lock the comforter in place. A small design detail that makes bed-making so much easier!
Can OLIVE + CRATE Comforters be washed?

They certainly can. Just pop in the washing machine on cold and then low heat tumble dry for best results.
Do OLIVE + CRATE Comforters bunch up like other comforters?

Absolutely not! Our inner filling remains in place so that you experience snug and maximum comfort time after time. If the fill has some slight movement after washing, shake it out or use dryer to fluff it up.
Do OLIVE + CRATE comforters shrink?

No. Our comforters are pre shrunk to help prevent shrinkage. Customers report they retain their size and quality after washing. For best results, always follow the care instructions to maintain shape and durability over time.
